Our small group went kayaking on the Inter-coastal Waterway in Gulf Shores and thoroughly enjoyed everything about it. We saw plenty of dolphins, Osprey, herons, egrets and other wildlife. Our guide was professional and knowledgeable and always made sure we were safe. She educated us about the wildlife as well as the history of the area. We took a break and banked the kayaks on the shore so we could explore. While doing this, we picked up some broken bottles, debris and an old battery, which we brought back with us for proper disposal.
