Coastal Alabama offer a wide variety of great public events across the region. WildNative Tours is proud to be involved in and support many of these events in a variety of ways. Mobile BayKeeper

Register for the Poker Paddle

Choose “Coastal Alabama Special Event Tours” on November 4th for this event.

This family fun event is a water based scavenger hunt. Follow maps to designated points and collect as many cards in sealed envelopes as you can before the buzzer
sounds. Best poker hands win trophies! There is no advantage in finishing first.

  • Entry to Prize Raffles
  • Additional shirts are available for $10 each.
  • Rental​ ​canoes​ ​and​ ​kayaks​ ​are​ ​available.

All cards are confidential so there is no strategy or advantage to finishing fastest. This event is designed to be a fun, family friendly event. Find the playing cards by solving clues as you paddle the waters surrounding the 5 Rivers Delta Resource Center. A portion of all proceeds will benefit Mobile Bay Keeper.

Kayaks, canoes, and paddleboards are welcome. Kayak and canoe rentals are available from Delta Safaris at Bartram Landing – be sure to book ahead to ensure availability.

Launch Location: Bartram Landing @ 5 Rivers.

Alabama Marine Mammal Stranding Network

We are excited to announce the Dolphin 5K-ayak fundraiser to benefit the Alabama Marine Mammal Stranding Network! Join us on the water for this fun paddle with a great cause as you explore the beautiful waterways of Bon Secour. All participants will receive a commemorative t-shirt and be entered for a raffle of door prizes. Register online above or call us at (251) 272-4088 to register.

This family fun event is a NON-Competitive 5k on the water! Shorter routes are available. A portion of all proceeds benefit the Alabama Marine Mammal Stranding Network (ALMMSN). Any and all Kayaks & Paddleboards are welcome. Kayak rentals are available.

Launch Location: 4159 County Rd 6, Gulf Shores, Alabama.

The mission of the Alabama Marine Mammal Stranding Network is to enhance reporting and response efforts for marine mammal stranding’s in Alabama waters by reducing response time and improving data quality and consistency.

Register for the Doggie Paddle

This annual event hosted by WildNative Tours is designed to raise money for animal shelters across the nation by bringing together kayaking enthusiasts (both human and canine alike) for a fun paddle on their local waterways. Registrants can choose the participating shelter they want to benefit when they sign up and will then be notified of their paddle route. All (human) 😉 participants will receive a commemorative t-shirt. Kayaks, canoes, and stand-up-paddleboards are welcome. Don’t see your shelter on the list of participating shelters? Let them know to contact us and we can get them set up, it’s completely free!
